Complete our assignment coversheet.

Transmit the completed coversheet along with your
policyholder's claim as well asmany additional information that you may
have.

ISP Center will call you to let you know we have
received your transmission and that it is being processed.

ISP Center will contact your policyholder at your
request and offer replacement on behalf of you. Should the
policyholder choose not to replace the claim items, we will provide you
a Contents Evaluation.
That is all that it takes to have ISP Center handle
your claims!
